Wholesale Returns & Replacements

Finding the right products to support optimal health can take time. You can return any item shipped by Seeking Health for a refund or replacement within 60 days of receipt.

Seeking Health will investigate claims of negative side effects and adverse reactions you or your clients believe are a result of one of our products but cannot be held liable for them. (Please see below regarding Adverse Event Reporting.) We recommend that individuals seek the guidance of a healthcare professional before beginning any supplement regimen and that those using supplements do so under the continued supervision of that professional.

Virtual products such as downloads are non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please contact the Wholesale Team via phone or email:

Please have the following information ready:

  • Account Holder Name
  • Sales Order #
  • Lot Number and Quantity for returned goods
  • Photos (if applicable) for damaged or defective items

Important:

  • Refunds are issued only for the price of the product(s) on the original order and do not include shipping charges, customs, or duties.
  • Please do not discard any items unless directed to do so by the Wholesale Team.

Return Shipping

  • Seeking Health is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  • Depending on the nature of the return, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. If applicable, we may provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • We recommend that you insure the return package and obtain a tracking number.
  • Return packages are processed Monday through Friday during normal warehouse hours.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to providing the highest level of service. If there is an issue with your order, please contact the Wholesale Team immediately.

Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Names and quantities of affected items
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)

If your items arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

If you received an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost and may request the return of the incorrect item using a prepaid label.

Note: Receiving an incorrect item does not include purchasing a product by mistake. If you ordered the wrong item, please place a new order for the correct product and submit a return request for the incorrect item.

Important Policies

  • Seeking Health reserves the right to deny return requests for fraudulent returns.
  • All requests must be submitted within 30 days of order delivery.
  • Overages, Shortages, Damages (OSD) must be reported within 5 business days of receiving.
  • Seeking Health reserves the right to deny return requests at its discretion.
